I always tell our new hires, do not let  other people define this job for you..  You decide what this job means to you.  It seems every time you read the news there is someone else defining who and what you are and what you’re worth.

Attached are a few pictures from Engine, Rescue, and HazMat 7  “C” shift.  Seeing a need in their first due, they surprised a lady by showing up and replacing her hand-rail that had failed a few days earlier.

While others may be typing away trying to define you in a blog or an article, you’re out in the community defining yourself.  Keep up the good work!!!
