The officers and members of the Jacksonville Retired Firefighter Association are saddened to report that

Retired JFRD Firefighter Dwayne L. Fletcher passed away on Wednesday August 02, 2023.

He was hired 03/14/1988 and spent a number of years at Telesquad 22.
