The officers and members of the Jacksonville Retired Firefighter Association are saddened to report that

Retired JFRD Engineer Michael A. Mooney passed away Friday April 05, 2019.

He spent 34 years of dedicated service to the citizens of Jacksonville, and at least the last half on Engine 42-B in Mandarin.
