Retired JFRD Lieutenant Johnny Rowe passed away Saturday August 06, 2016.

Several members have inquired about the funeral arrangements for Lt. Johnny Rowe who recently passed away. Information was received from a family member indicating a memorial service will be held at a future date, possibly March 2017. When those arrangements are made known we will post them on this page.
