Travis James Williams was born in Royal Palm Beach Florida, to Martha and Michael Williams. He was raised and finished school in Stuart Florida where he developed his love for surfing and the sea. Travis moved to Jacksonville Florida to attend FCCJ where he acquired his passion to become a professional firefighter. Now in the hands of our Lord, Travis passed away on Sunday June 3, 2018. Travis is survived by his parents and his sister Brooke Cordara, and his nieces Sophia and Olivia Cordara all of whom he loved dearly. He also leaves behind his beloved dog Kira who was with him always. Travis loved surfing, skating, camping, fishing and free diving the waters of North and South America.

Travis was incredibly proud to be a part of JFRD, and the family he created with his JFRD brothers and sisters, who he loved. He was dedicated and at his strongest when he stood by their side doing what they were all called to do. Doing what they loved. Travis lit up a room with his smile and infectious laugh. He left a fingerprint on everyone he met, and his positive energy will continue to bounce around the universe forever.

Special thanks to all of JFRD who watched over Travis and has taken our family under their wing. Our entire family will be eternally grateful. We will celebrate Travis’s life and all that he meant to us on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 11:00 in the morning.
