Got 20+ years as a firefighter and $30.00 and you can apply for FLORIDA lifetime firefighter status. If you retire young and want the option to go work somewhere else without worrying about the four year limit, this is for you. You must be beyond the four year limit since last employment date in order to qualify. Simply Google FCDICE and log into the Florida Fire College website. If you don’t remember your login information just go through the process to retrieve it. Once logged in, click the APPLY box then the drop down box CERTIFICATION EXAM. Once there, click INITIAL EXAM button and scroll down to LIFETIME FIREFIGHTER DESIGNATION. Then click through and pay the thirty bucks.
