Retired Captain T.C. Banks, passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2020. A visitation is scheduled for Saturday, May 23, 2020, from 3 to 6 pm, at the Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, Florida, 32218. Burial services are scheduled for Sunday, May 24, 2020, at the Glennville Cemetery in Glennville, Georgia.
