The officers and members of the Jacksonville Retired Firefighter Association are saddened to report that
Retired JFRD Captain Charles N. Baxter passed away Friday December 20, 2019.
He was hired in 1959 and retired in 1990 serving 31 years of service. His last assignment was at station 30.
