The officers and members of the Jacksonville Retired Firefighter Association are saddened to report that
Retired JFRD Captain Robert "Bobby" Hicks passed away Tuesday December 07, 2021.
Captain Hicks was hired October 23, 1972 and retired in 2005 with 33 years of service to JFRD.
A time of viewing will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday December 14,
2021with the
Funeral Service at 11:00 AM.
